Dear Blog; Day 36

Today started out earlier then normal for me because I have volunteered to watch my friends baby niece this week until they can fine a daycare facility that they like.  Woke up feeling hungry which isn't usually the case.so I grabbed a bar on my way out the door.  I love babies.  I don't have any of my own yet, so I "borrow" other peoples' babies on occasion.  (Yes, they know about it, I don't STEAL babies, GOSH and I always give them back.) We spent the day playing and sleeping and eating and pooping (yes I said we), until her aunt came to pick her up.  The rest of my day was spent trying to get things situated for starting my Masters program  in a couple of months.  Gotta love dealing with and figuring out financial aid.  For dinner my cousin and I decided to make chicken.  I love chicken.  I will pretty much choose chicken over most any other meat.  Besides I get 6 whole ounces of it for dinner.  Leaner the meat the more ounces you get.  Leaner = better for you = more for you!  More is always better.  Scratch that; when doing medifast more is better for you!  More in real life just equals weight gain.  More doughnuts equals more hip.  More french fies equals more stomach.  More candy equals more chins.  So back to the chicken; we made sauteed chicken over salad and steamed broccoli.  Just be careful of too much broccoli....if you know what I'm sayin (pppfffffttttt).

After dinner we decided to go to a movie.  We were running late so we grabbed some snacks and water and ran out the door. I didn't even have time to use the bathroom.  At the theater I made a pit stop.  So I am sitting doing my business and I look down and there is a popcorn kernel.  Now if I had found it in the sofa at my house or in the car or on the floor of my bedroom I might have been tempted to pick it up and eat it.  But being on the floor of a PUBLIC RESTROOM not a chance.  (I do have some standards you know!) As much as I love popcorn there is only so far I will go.  It got me wondering though how gross it is to bring your popcorn in the restroom. Maybe they didn't, maybe it just fell out of their clothes.  Either way, popcorn should not be in the restroom.  One because it makes me wonder and two because for half of a millisecond I almost thought of eating it.  Did I mention I love popcorn.

Score for today:  Angela:  7 Food: 1 1/2 (for almost getting me to even think about eating popcorn off a bathroom floor).

Love Angela
