10 weeks wow I can't believe it. In some ways it doesn't seem that long and in others it seems like an eternity! Today my cousins came for dinner. Yeah I love to see them. They are the cousins that i have mentioned before that are in theater. They have come 2 weeks in a row now in between their shows for family dinner. I know it makes me happy to see them but it really means the world to my life coach (their mother) when they fit her in even just for an hour. I don't have children of my own just yet, but I can only imagine what it is like to birth someone raise them for 18+ years can't wait for them to go out on their own and then pine for the day when they come to visit. It is interesting how life and relationships work. I have a pretty close family. I love that I have great relationships with them and I try and keep up with what is going on with my cousins as well as my siblings etc. I only get one family so make the most of it, is what I say! I know that is not always in the best interest for some families but I consider myself to be extremely lucky for the family that I was given.
So things I have learned this 10th week on program. As much as I want this, it still doesn't make it any easier to go to places where food is the main source of entertainment. Not all diet soda has zero carbs, and some have high fructose corn syrup as their second ingredient....boo! Angela and being outside in 88+ degrees all day is not a good combination...she either burns or melts. I do not appreciate movies with a wolf as the main character, not my idea of a good time....most likely will not get good reviews from me either. And finally I need to admit that my body is shrinking, even though it may be a slow change it is still changing.
Love Angela
