So I have been slowly working on getting my wake up time in the mornings to 6 am.  I am down to 6:20.  Each week I take the time down 10 min so that my body adjusts slowly so it is not quite a shock to just one day to decide to get up at 6 when I have been getting up at 7 etc.  My goal is to get up at 6 and exercise before I get ready for the day.  It is all well and good if I can get my ever shrinking butt into bed before 11:00-11:30.  That just doesn't fly with me. I used to be able to run on fewer hours of sleep but this lady can't do it any more!  Not going to happen.  I just hope I can keep it up.  I need to be able to exercise and sleep!  Oh the joys of trying to balance life....
