Dear Blog, Day 13

Just one more sleep until day 14...which means 2 WHOLE weeks I have been on this new healthy life
change.  Only 50 more weeks or so to go.  But who's counting. 

This posting is going to be short and sweet, nothing dramatic happened, no food tempting me and nothing crazy out of the ordinary that I couldn't handle.  Listen to me, I am a regular pro at this now...Ha ya right.  Who knows tomorrow I may be sobbing into my glass of water.  But for now things are good, I am good and I feel good.  I feel a bit of progress has been made.

  1. Not "only 50 more weeks or so to go" but "50 more weeks or so to go and I will be used to eating healthy and I won't be at all NEARLY as tempted to return to my old habits."
    You will do awesome and these next 50 weeks will only make you stronger and feeling wonderful. It's super tough (seemingly impossible) to change lifelong habits, but after a long battle of change for the better, you won't believe how wonderful you will feel not only physically but mentally as well.
    And yes, I do read your entries everyday and I'm rootin' for ya. :)
