Dear Blog; Day 2 (end of day)


End of day 2.  Don't get used to having 2 postings a day I know I won't be able to keep this up, so think of it as a little treat for now.  Speaking of treats, I guess I can call them that; I found out that I get to have (drum rollllll please) condiments!  Yep honest to goodness condiments; but there's a catch.  My life coach was so excited to print me off a list of things that I can have...."you will be so excited you even get salad dressing," she said.  Joy and rapture.  Guess I can't complain something is better then nothing right?  Upon reviewing the list of previously mentioned condiments I got a little giddy when I saw there was milk on the list (I LOVE milk).  I was a bit confused at first. It said 1 tbsp or 1 container.  You would have to be stupid to take a tbsp over a WHOLE container.  My joy was short lived when "container" was clarified as the little creamers you put in coffee.  Darn deceiving condiment list; gettin me all excited to take advantage of what little taste of food freedom I thought I would have!  On a brighter note I get peanut butter (another favorite); 1 whole tbsp.  Now I have taken it upon myself to decipher what a tbsp means.  As long as it fits on the spoon and doesn't fall off it is considered a tbsp.... thank you sticky peanut butter god!  HEELLLOOO, happiness in my tummy. 

Now to the numbers for the day.

5 medifast meals
1 snack of soy crackers
1 tbsp salad dressing
6 oz of chicken (its more then you think)
1/2 cup yummy zuchinni
12 glasses of water with 1sugar free pour in.
3 times caught myself crying
10+ trips to the bathroom ( like you needed to know that, but I am keepin it REAL here people!) Ps. going on a health plan causes a sort of cleansing.....need I say more?!?
1 thin layer of self hate removed
