Dear Blog; day 7 (1 week down)

Can i get a woot woot!  Day 7 blogging world, day SEVEN!  I have made it one whooooolllleeee week.  Only 51 weeks to go.  It has been a piece of cake (why are there so many food references in out speech); who am I kidding?!?!? This has been the stinking hardest week of MY LIFE!  I almost died...several times; or at least I thought I was going to.  But every morning I woke up and I was very much alive!  In celebration of my one week mark, I had pizza.  HAHA gotcha!  I had sugar free pudding with sugar free whip cream and loved every bite of it.  So take that pizza; take your rubbery cheese, sugary sauce, fatty toppings and carb loaded crust and take a hike, you are not welcome here.

Things I have learned this week.  Drinking more equals peeing more.  There are far to many food commericals on TV.  Popcorn is a noisy food.  Calling my life coach helps especially in a crisis.  I must eat every 2 hours or I go crazy.  I can survive without bread, and dairy.  Green veggies are good for me.  I am stronger then I thought I was.  I have issues with food and with my self esteem.  I am one week closer to being happy with who I am. 

Another tiny thin layer of self hate removed.
