Dear Blog; Day 59 (First weigh in day)

Ok.....can I get a drum rollllllllllllllllll please.... I have lost....... wait before I tell you I have to say that I DID NOT get up in the middle of the night and come down stairs and secretly weigh in, although I did dream about it a lot last night. Sooo the amount I have lost so far is...... wait for it............ wait for it......................


Yep you read that right (It was the only thing that I could find that read 30 on it). I was so scared that it would be only 5 pounds or something so when I got on the scale and it said a 30 pound weight loss it alleviated all of my anxiety that I was feeling. It is definitely a good start to this journey that I am on. I just need to continue to be faithful and diligent and move forward knowing that I will not let obesity beat me! I am better then that, I am stronger then that.

One big layer of self hate removed! ( I totally deserve that)

    I am losing again now too. I haven't weighed in.. Waiting for my wii to get fixed and back on my wii fit..But my work/walking/stair and hill climbing has doubled and mix that with my karate classes and my pants are falling off again! When the taxes come in I can go buy new pants again.
