It is much easier to remember what Easter is about, when you don't get to have candy! Just kidding. I always remember what Easter is about. I wish you all a Happy Easter and as you can tell I am 5 days behind on posting. I am sure that some of you have wondered if I fell off the healthy food wagon...well I am here to tell you that I am still on and doing good. As of today I have lost another 3 lbs. So that is a total of 53 lbs to date. Let me hear a yippee!
Today was an interesting day. It started with taking my life coach and her hubby and my grandma and grandpa to the airport for their trip to Hawaii. Oh ya I got to drive 4 people to the airport so that they could go to Hawaii without me. Oh well, somday I will go besides my body isn't bikini ready yet. I don't want people to mistake me for shamu or something and try and throw me back. They were going because my grandparents are celebrating their 50th anniversary this year and treated their children and spouses to a trip. I salute their 50 years of marriage that is awesome!
After the airport I got to sing in the choir at church and.....surprise I got to teach my uncle's primary class; he "forgot" to find a teacher in all the Hawaii excitement. Hey I have to help him out afterall he is my favorite arizona uncle. (let the cramming begin). Grammy was such a sweetheart. She tried to get all of her grandkids together for dinner, and it just didn't happen. On top of that she tried to kill an already dead ham. She put a cooked ham in the oven for 40 min and was surprised when it came out a little burnt. She was then surprised by the fact that it was burnt since she "only had it in there for 40 min." I tried to explain to her that she only needed to warm it not cook it! Oh well you live and you learn.
I was also suppose to spend a little bit of time with my bestie and her family today too. But my allergies were so bad. I had rudolph nose and scratchy throat as well as a pounding headache. I spent a bit of time ok more then a bit in a benedryl fog. Oh the joys.
The night ended pretty anti-climatic....but the end of one day leads to the beginning of another and so a new week starts.
